Intentional bodywork. Informed movement. Helping people better understand their bodies through targeted therapeutic massage, myofascial work, and movement awareness. I'm a licensed massage therapist specializing in neuromuscular therapy.A clinical approach that goes beyond relaxation to address the root causes of chronic pain, tension, and postural imbalance. My work centers on understanding muscular tension, movement patterns, and the ways our bodies adapt to daily demands. I originally came from the corporate world, but I wanted a career where I could make a more direct, hands-on difference in people's lives. That led me to therapeutic bodywork, where anatomy, problem-solving, and human connection meet. Outside the treatment room, you'll find me drawn to the water, outdoor adventures, continued learning, and all the little things that make life feel expansive.

My work is grounded in anatomy and a genuine curiosity about how the body moves, compensates, and heals. Every session is tailored to what your body actually needs — not a one-size-fits-all routine.
